All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; colours may vary slightly depending on your display settings.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay / Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders where payment has been received — in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner. Klinwear is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags attached. Thrift / pre-owned items are generally sold as-is; please refer to the individual product listing for specific return eligibility.
